i just dodged a match by not selecting a hero because my other 2 teammates decided to instalock lane SAW and lane celeste.

i dodged the match and got banned for 14 mins?

it was my first time dodging a match in 24 hours. it used to only ban you for 55 seconds??

yeah they changed it because if draft was implemented they knew a lot of people were going to dodge so they made this 14 minuted ban to discourage dodging.

pretty annoying in some cases like this.

well thats stupid. if draft mode is added for hotness+, then why is it 14 mins for people who arent in hotness?

the draft mode is intended for everyone, not just people in hotness.

the main point of draft mode is to eliminate any kind of meta, so that most heroes will be viable.

if you're talking about casual mode, and why it's 14 minutes if you dodge a casual match, it's because it would make matchmaking faster.

Didn't notice this change. This will be a pain in the *** to deal with. Maybe in draft if your team mate is going saw just ban it.

Edit -

The draft mode might be for hotness+ only(ranked) unless the draft mode phase ended.

I played on a Decent-ish account and there wasn't a draft mode on ranked.
