Tons of people can't improve their rank because they are adapted to their rank...they can't go t6 because they are adapted to t5 gameplay...t10 heroes don't transform into super heroes when they play them it's just their knowledge is better...

So what you should do? Join a guild that has high tier players...invite them to practice match...maybe you get fu cked at first but you will adapt fast and start playing like them...and then when you start playing again ranked you will realize you play different and your skill tier increases because you got better cuz your gameplay is adapted to higher skill tier!
