Extra Summer Party cards...

I have a bunch of extra Summer Party Cards and it doesn't look like they're good anymore -- should I just destroy them to craft other cards or is there any reason to hold on to them?

There isn't any reason for you to keep them because they are no longer useful, go ahead and destroy them for the extra essence.

Would you know why they're still giving out summer party cards then? I got 1 a few days ago. Now I'm regretting destroying my cards.

Yeah people are still getting summer party cards when they shouldn't be. I don't think you could craft the skin now, even if you did get all the cards for it. Sorry, and hopefully you won't be so "Lucky" in the future.
