HERO SELECT BUG. I NEED HELP!

So I've been experiencing a bug where the screen blacks out( with the background music still running), during the hero select. It happens just after every players accept the match (including me). I've been placed in the low Priority queue for some time now, even my skill tier has dropped, and it doesn't seem to get better.
I would appreciate some help.

Just wondering, do you see a grey screen sometime in the middle of the bug? followed by the game rebooting?

No, it just blacks out directly and returns to the main screen after the hero select duration is over. The back ground music still runs smoothly. I hope this gets over soon.

I used to experience this same bug when my phone started to slow down a lot so I wasn't able to play anymore. My only saving grace was that it was was possible to reboot my phone, so after I did, I re installed vainglory and after that, the bug was fixed. I am wondering if your phone has started to slow down or something. It may be the cause.
