How does Rona work?

Q1: Rona has 50% bonus attack speed but deals 80% total damage was each attack
By each attack, do you mean that the damage is reduced over and over again by 20 percent each attack?
Q2: Does Rona's damage reduction apply separately from her current damage reduction from shield and armor? I know this may seems obvious, but I want to be sure before I buy her. 8000 is a lot of glory for me to spend on a hero I'm not sure about.
Q3: does Rona's passive attack speed bonus stack with item attack speed bonus or does it apply separately?
I never play scaarf but I have him as my avatar to mess with people.

Rank: Pretty good. It fluctuates between bronze, silver. and gold, but I usually never go under or over that.

PS: regarding Q1: does the 20% reduction apply to my abilities' damage as well?
