Personally, I think Rona is the strongest melee Laner in the game, followed closely by joule. She has strong, unlimited burst that she can spam every ten seconds that will most likely send the other Laner reeling. Not to mention her has crazy damage in her ult as well that makes it hard for the other team to even 2v1 or 3v1 her. overall she has the perfect package to dominate all ranged laners except maybe saw.
