The target suffers a mortal wound, reducing its healing by 50% and taking 24-68 damage (based on Taka's level) per second over the next 4 seconds.

Has anyone seen this working?

OMG spams are gone. This is unbelievable.

I have yet to see the 24 - 68 damage per second for 4 seconds on someone I attacked. I should see red damage numbers for 4 seconds, correct?

I was hit by taka & I couldn't teleport home because I was still taking damage from his ultimate, so yes, it does work.

Remember, this is the damage before shield is taken into account. Once you take shield into account the slice damage is probably well cut in half.

In my opinion taka's X-retsu must be buffed cause the mortal wounds does like nothing in my opinion aside from not allowing you to teleport home..

well what does it really need to do X-Retsu already takes like half your health and plus the Kaiten and a basic attack your either dead or your running for your life

I think it's nerfed as well. Not only that, but sometimes I'll be attacking and Taka will skip an attack? I'll be attacking a minion, and Taka will just pause attacking? Or running after someone, he will jitter but not attack.
