Why does the other team have rights to thumb you down? You kick their *** and they get a chance to ruin your karma? Don't understand how that's fair?

I also think it's unfair when you play with randoms and lose to a good team and your random teammates can give you a thumbs down for 'unskilled play,' which completely screws up your karma.
