Krul is NOT op.
Kite him or focus him down with your team, AFTER killing their carry.
Do NOT stand there while he attacks you, HE WILL Kill you, and you will think he is op after you FEED him.

CASE AND POINT, kite krill if he is focusing you, or you will die and feed him.

I've lost too many games to playersee on my team who cannot figure it out.

KRUL is NOT op and quite useless if you kite him and understand how his skills work.

His kit slows you so he can't kite. His kit stuns you so you can't kit. His kit bursts you so you can't kite. His kit gives him bursts of move speed so you can't kite. His kit gives him a hard engage so you can't kite.
