I'm having where I'm running near a wall and I get glitched and can't move and I can't do anything then I get free after awhile or get killed and in the lane near the wall next to the bushes glaives a wont work it does it but he won't move then I can't hit anyone or they will go flying out of reach so I can't use it

That sounds like lag, that happens to me if the ping goes above 600 ms or so.
