I am new to mob... Can someone give me a link explaining stacks and general information. How can I keep from getting that lightening symbol that keeps me from using my skill? Thanks in advance.

To start with, that lightning symbol that keeps you from using your skill means you need more energy. You can see it below your hero's health bar.
IGN: MasterKdz
