What to do with fockin noobs, who don't understand their roles on the map and for example spend first 10 minutes on mining your base?

Yeah, but I don't see any relation between marking them as "unskilled", my results (it's easy to downgrade rank playing with them) and prevention vs this type of behaviour in the future...

I think they should be punished, but I don't have idea how... :)

just "thumbs down" the player as trolling.

Ya, but unfortunately it can give you back your the time which you lost playing with this idiots. :/

And: What is the effect of marking someone as troll? Bad karma? Ban? Any sources for knowledge about that?

If people repeatedly mark the same person for trolling they receive a ban, I don't know how long, and if it continues I'm fairly certain that account can get perma-banned, also they get bad karma which makes it more likely tat they will be paired up with other trolls or afks

I've played with noobs before on my smurf, and on the occasional chance I'm on my smurf, I see a notification that goes something like "Justice served! Someone you marked for toxic behavior has been banned!" (Don't quote me on that). Also, you can't get anytime back...

It hasn't happened to me for a long time now, but if I'm stuck with trash teammates, I just go on a smurf and wreck noobs.
