Organizing a Local Tournament in PA

Some friends and I are trying to organize a small for fun tournament at our local game cafe in Central Pennsylvania and are looking for tips or suggestions from anyone who actually knows what they're doing. Including myself we already have 8 people interested in participating and we've only started looking for people today. Hopefully in the next couple hours I can get on facebook and try to find people there and as soon as we have a date set start an event page.

Technically yes, but everyone has to be there in person, and play on the NA server.
