Did anyone notice the new look on the account tab?

Mine is Simply Amazing and bouncing between silver and bronze, skill tier 8.

Can anyone tell me how are those calculated and how I know I am close to POA?

Well if u read the patch notes... Each skill tier has Bronze, Silver, Gold.....Gold means you are close to the next one...duh
