It would be nice to have a couple minutes before a match to talk to teammates. Also about 5 minutes after to debrief with the team after. For a new player like me it would be helpful to get feedback from the experienced players in real time. Is this already I place and I am just missing it? Or is it something the developers could add?

Problem would be teammates or enemy team that decides to "slow play" and wait out the entire 5 minutes. There is already a 1.5 minute selection phase that when somebody decides to wait the entire 1.5 minutes someone else gives up and goes AFK, frequently before the match even starts.
