Does Cath tier 2 get new particles, if so then why is the bubble not red, and if not then how come koshka does

i looked at some gameplay the bublles were red so i assume and willl say yes.

Koshka and SAW have skin tier 2 efects vividly with they basic attacks and skills. That may be koshka and saw skins' gifts. After all, i think rona skin 2 would have colourful effects. The others must have skin tier 3 to have effects. And i really want lyra seasonal skin, please SEMC
