Red Rona skin chest was supposed to be available 3 hrs ago?? Currently 3PM PDT Aug 11.. or did I get the date wrong?

Keep in mind I am asking about the CHEST, not the direct unlock on the 23rd.

Info would be appreciated, been waiting!! I don't understand why they didn't release her with the update, instead making us wait this BS.

Dont buy red rona! It is rigged! And i dont know what rigged means!
Just buy another hero...i suggest you buy krul! And save ice for later releases of heroes!
