I think it would be cool to know my teammates skill levels before the game. Just to Get an idea of what I'm working with. Thoughts?

It's a great idea! It will help me identify who to spam question mark on because they ****ing suck comparatively to me!

Rank: Pretty good. It fluctuates between bronze, silver. and gold, but I usually never go under or over that.

I had this idea, but it was for after-game & mainly cause I get curious when somebody does abnormally well or bad. Before game would be even better though. Support!
Skill tier- usually floating around in simply amazing

I 4th this idea! Especially in Ranked play it would confirm my suspicions that I'm being matched against much higher skilled teams. Or that I truly stink to high heaven, LMAO!
