It keeps saying that my device isn't connecting to our servers. Is there something I'm missing here?

I've been getting some connection weirdness too. It may have been in the place I was in, but running my speedtest had the upload/ download speeds pretty rock solid.

Reset your router. If that doesn't work reinstall the game. If that doesn't work contact the support team and explain the issue and ask what steps you can take.

Rank: Pretty good. It fluctuates between bronze, silver. and gold, but I usually never go under or over that.
