I don't know if there was another thread like this or if this was already addressed, but I have s quick question about the Star Queen Celeste skins. I know you can buy the Tier I skin for 900 ICE, but is it not possible to buy the Tier II skin with ICE as well?

(I just came back to VG, but I never kept myself updated because now its comepletely different...)

No you can't, only tier 1.
