Tiers suggestions

Hey guys, I've been stuck on pretty good for a while now.
I've got a suggestion for tiers system.

It would be great if the devs would consider a progress bar along with the tier's status as this would motivate players more.
At least this way, it would encourage players to improve and especially consider twice before purposely Going AFK.
I'd say that it's obvious all players want to go up their tiers right.

What do you guys think?
