He won't be released to the general public yet, don't worry ;P

He'll be used by the devs to play a public match via Twitch. Altough last time this happened, with Celeste, she was officially released a couple days afterwards, so fingers crossed!

Maybe the during the stream the Servers will be down for the update?

Not really even a glimpse, showing vox walking and then repeating it, isn't really showing him off. Can't wait until tomorrow.
