I don't know what's this, but I've seen the setting "Environment" in the Vainglory Settings pane. There are two options to this: Production and Acceptance.

I don't really know what this means, and can any expert help me?

The environment settings are just for internal testing purposes. You always want this set to "Production"; otherwise, you might not find a match or might run into other weirdness.
