Why do people don't understand pings?!

Dear vain glory,
Youre currently the best game right now in itunes. Please dont ruined it by not matching players to players who cant even understand pings.

VIKO and f1ipm0nk3y are spamming pings if you ever get in a game with them. and they are purposely feeding enemy kills or letting you die. eff-ing trolls if you get in match with them on your team.

I suggest you report these two players on the main site http://forums.vainglorygame.com/index.php
I highly doubt the devs would tolerate players who are ruining other's experience of this game.
