I finally completed the bottom quest or accomplishment for the 3 wins every day for 7 days and I did not receive anything . Is that normal? What is normally given when completed? Thank you!

You just get bonus Glory in the final match you play to complete the achievement. Perhaps you didn't see it because it was in the Spoils of War.

The spoils of war are as followed:
1 win (resets everyday)
3 wins (resets everyday)
1 win per day consecutively (resets upon not winning a day or after the streak)
Doesn't matter how many games you lose.
