Hey man, thanks for showing interest. Hmm currently have not established some form of voice communication in-game so we usually play casual matches first to familiarise. I have a team as well but it's not really that competitive, just for fun kind of team ahaha. For requirements... just try to be active if u can(if gonna be inactive for a few days tell me or smth), must be patient cuz this guild is still growing and not alot of members=(, and yea for your skill level... i dont really care about the skill tier actually cuz some people dont play rank but are really good=)
