Loading Screen Freeze

Situation:

-Character Select
-Screen gets stuck in loading screen but the character moves wherever you tap without you knowing
If ever it loads, I will be able to move for just about 10-20 seconds then the game freezes. Reinstalled the app about 3 times and it is still the same. My device is an iPad Air 2. Any suggestions?
