I played a game today with Taka and I use his second ability to keep Ki stacks. I used it right before the Ki stacks ran out but my auto attacks were not critical hits even when I was at 5 ki stacks. I had not attack speed items only a basic swift shooter so nothing that would cause me to attack before crit. refreshed. I had to rebuild my ki stacks even though it said that I am at 5 stacks. That's all :)
