Taka's normal attack bug

When I use the new hero (Taka) ,when I attack creeps or minion sometimes it just standing there doing nothing.Even when I was chasing enemies.i wish this can be fixed after the next update.

It's caused by lag if I'm correct
I have a really big guide coming up, but due to school I cannot finish it. Sorry guys :(
