When can we report people? I've had too many occasions in public matches where I have trolls as teammates. Some run towards towers, and others don't do anything. When can we report? Please? Even with my high skill tier, I am still experiencing such gameplay. They inevitably ruin my skill tier and I can't leave the match because it'll ruin my karma. WTF? Why are they allowed to get away with this?
