I am concerned about the number of krul players in vain glory. I understand that he is fun to play, and hard to counter, but still. It seems the 2/3 of the games that I play, there is a krul. It's really annoying. Some players seem to think just because they have seen some really good krul in a Match they played in, he is completely amazing. Most players seem to think he is some kind of God. It is very annoying, and I'm still not very good at countering him. I've heard that adagio is a good counter for him, but I don't own him yet. If anyone can tell me some good ways to counter him, that would be great. Honestly, though, in many matones I've played in there have just been two Kruls that have just been fighting, the team with the bad krul (which allways seems to be my team) loses. Just tell me some good countering strategies, and that would help a lot.

If you're ranged - Kite krul. Unless you're built like a tank then you can keep Krul busy while your teammates burst him down
Taka/Koshka - catch him off guard and burst him down to at least half then run until your cooldowns are up.
Saw - watch out for his stun or if he has atlas pouldron. If he does then kite

Glaive - Krul is your hard counter. You're going to get smashed lol avoid 1v1

Skaarf is the best counter for krul. His spitire and goop combo is devastating. Krul has to stay with his opponent and smash, which is a problem when he's incinerated by skaarf's Fire.

There is only 11 characters, what do you expect? I think there are too many Saw players. They just said they were releasing 3 more characters.

Games like DOTA and LOL have more characters because they have been out longer.

koshka and taka can be deadly for krul if you catch him right.

+rep to @Primodatum for the Skaarf combo! Hadn't thought of it, but you're totally right. Kite krul with Goop and keep Fan the Flames on him and he should start realizing he needs to run.

Krul is a tough opponent, often times, as a team, you need to focus him down first. If he's built all defense, just keep him occupied while you take down his allies.

I agree with @ahmong that Glaive has a hard time going up against Krul. What I usually do is harrass him early with a teammate, and whenever he's in lane I'll Afterburn him to where a turret shoots him. He'll be more cautious after the third or fourth time! xD Or just waste his From Hell's Heart on a bush! :P

I love fighting Krul later in the game.... If you know how to SAW right, he's extra squishy. :D
