As the thread title says I'm stuck at Tier 4 Bronze
Straight to the point
How do I rise the chance of winning a ranked match?
And how to deal with toxic teammates in those match?

It is very simply, you wait to pick last and mostly it would be a captain herro to support. then u pick which one will you support and lead them to win...

Play w/ friend or siblings you trust
Or maybe even guild mates ,ect

I have been trying the same thing. It is starting to work well
Except the part where i argue with my brother becouse i let him die alone

1) Train hard and get better at the game
2) Queue with trusted people
3) mute toxic allies and try not to aggravate them in the first place, whether that means captaining or not rude pinging.

I should make a smurf and help carry people out of T4 ot T5. But then I'm facing the same problem at T7 and T8.

Boosting people would just make the problem bigger in more tiers .-. and it brings more trolls/less skilled players into soloq and stuff.
