Greetings, I've been playing vain glory for a few days now and I've tried all the characters and I've found my favorites so far. But that made me wonder, what were other people's favorits. So I'd like to know who it is you like and why. I'd love to hear from anyone and everyone and I think a good debate over what character is best wouldent hurt as long as an open mind is kept to other people's personal opinions. Heck wouldent it be fun to posibly hear from any of the Devs or even editors on here. And if people are intrested I'll even spill the beans on who my favs are. I hope that people enjoy any discussions that come out of this. So may the debates begin :)

Catherine: All Day Long. I like tank characters is the reason why. I love being able to survive two ultras and still have enough heath to get back to safety. On top of that her disrupting ultra is sweet when you aim it right. I've already turned quite a few would be ally deaths into enemy hero kills.

The one thing I don't like about her however is that to me it seems her damage output is low, which is fair. It would be a little OP to have the tankiest character also put out massive damage. But yeah, that's it for me.

We'll damage output can be changed it just depends on what items you use. I've played her recomended set and yes damage wasent the highest but when you can stand there all day and have a sheild that constantly damages all around you when active I understand. Worst come to worst you could always exchange her recomended wepon for sorrow blade or somthing if you dislike the damage output from recomended set. But I agre wher durability is amazing, Im just no good playing as her till she's levle 12 with most of the recomended set.

Catherine for me, too. Damaging tons of minions at once is very satisfying, as is absorbing hits that would have killed an ally so they can go in for the kill. And I always go for boots early because then you can take tons of hits then run away, drawing enemies away from the fight and possibly towards your turrets. Plus I get a kick out being a team player.

I love Krul because he's great at tanking and he can take the krakken solo. i also like the charge when hiding in the bushes. i can get easy kills from the bushes. he is very slow but his stuns and life steal are great to.

Honestly guys I can't say I have a favorite cause I like everyone once I know how to use them. But I'm facing a life crises in and decide who to buy with my hard earned glory taka or krul

Saw, it was easy to get a hang of him once you understand to never stand at the front lol.

Petal or Catherine. There's something satisfying about area of effect damage.
