I know some items show how long their active ability's cooldown is (i.e. Journey Boots), but most items do not. One such item this is a major problem for is Atlas Pauldron. Because you don't know how long the CD is, Metal Jacket looks WAY better, but the CD is only about 20-30 seconds (I think). That's a game changer!

Another bit of info I'd love to see added to item descriptions is whether or not item effects can stack. Can you have two Tension Bows working together to have 360 bonus damage on your next attack or will the next two attacks have the 180 bonus damage buff?
