Wow im so happy to see im not the only one who still play Skaarf in 1.23 XD This guide is probably the best of this meta (with the mine :3) ^^ And I agree all your informations into your guide :)

Frankly speaking Broken myth as a first tier 3 item doesn't go well. Instead FB is a better choice as a first tier 3 item. And overdrive of Goop works for me rather than dragon breadth.
