Joule is not so easily burned to death as she has a bit more health and does do a lot of damage not quite a 1 on the threat level.

I can see the idea with Alternating Current. I might have to implement that. Also, I disagree with Clockwork. Skaarf's cooldowns are already low enough to mana-starve you if you're spamming Spitfire. You're better off using Eve for sustainability and energy regen or Piercing Shard for extra damage.
