Kestrel is versatile heroes, she can use any item "hybrid". If u focus to 100% damage , use full CP item. But for me, i like play kestrel hybrid. Buy Sorrowblade first, easy to farming at lane, second item buy CP item. Shatterglass? Or Broken Myth Or Frostburn the best item. Longer Hiding skill slot B.

I don't like alternating current on Kestrel because her damage is focused on heavy damage items such as frostburn, shatterglass, and broken myth. Aftershock and alternating are just not where she gets the best damage from. :)

Just a suggestion for your build, maybe switch Tension Bow for Sorrowblade? I think it synergies well with hybrid Kestrel because you can use active camo to reset Tension Bow perk.
