Skaarf may be the worst character, Joule is the best. She uses her rocket jump on a SAW when he is using his suppressing dire so he cant move, and then, u get crystal power so her thunder strike actually does damage. With 2 shatterglasses, ur ult does soooo much damage, it will kill in mid game. I could rape skaarf with my huge electrified sword, in the *** and at the same time, kill u. Soo, eat it

This may be the worst guide/build i have ever seen in my entire life, u prob are a nube who doesnt evn know how to play, i could beat u playing with my *** cheeks. With skaarf, only build attack speed and attack power, that way, they keep burning, and more oftern. Now try it and dont keep sucking on making builds
