Team Queuing For Fun and Win: A strategy Guide by FlyingFox

Seeing that there are several non-specific, inefficient ways of finding team mates, is there any interest in having a free (possibly ad-supported) mobile app that supports this kind of team building? It would have matching suggestions (based on profile information), chat/forum, events ("let's meet at this time to play") + notifications, etc.
