Phinn is one of the strongest supports this game has ever seen everything about his kit makes him one of the most incredible characters ever. He is the only character in the game to have CC on every single one of his abilities. He is the strongest late game support in the game do to the second part of his passive. He is also the slowest character in the game to help balance his kit.

Passive- Unstoppable- This passive makes Phinn virtually unstunnable, he can't be displaced either. Any CC effects on him are turned into slows, even slows are turned into lighter slows. While on a tank people often think its not as effective as if on a carry but by being unable to be stunned it means the enemy team cannot stop you from activating on use items which can save you or your teammate! The second part of his passive states that all defensive items he buys give 15% more stats. So if he gets 100 Shield from items his passive gives him an additional 15 shield for free!!! Paired with his B skill it makes him and his team incredibly tanky!

A skill- Quibble- this skill is one of the hardest hitting base damage moves in the game, with a 525 base AOE damage this is the bulk of Phinns damage. This skill while starts off as a slow that increases with strength with every level becomes a stun when overdrived! At a 5 second codlin at max rank this will be your most used ability.

B skill- Polite Company- This skill is one of the most powerful abilities in the game in my opinion. late game this skill can give over 1800 gold in defensive stats and pull the enemy team in forcing them to fight you and your empowered teammates! This skill also makes Phinn incredibly powerful against full crystal or wp comps. With an aegis and a fountain, Phinn can give his teammates in the area at least 127 shield at lvl 12!!! That makes it near impossible to burst down any carry

C skill- Forced Accord- This is Phinns most defining move. There is no other move in the game that can make a play like this one. You can grab players from overalls, peel them off your teammates, away from their towers, you can even grab gold miner with it! (you can't grab goldminer over walls though)

Early Game
Phinns early game is incredibly weak you have to tread carefully before you hit lvl 6 and some items. You have to be careful not lose early though because if you fall behind it becomes incedibly difficult to catch up. Your slow movement speed will make you a prime target and often a free kill for the enemy team if they invade and find you. Keep vision up at all times, keep mines in places they won't step for vision and if u are going to fight make sure you have a mine where they will step. Using your A skill right when they step on a mine not only will ensure it hits but will deal a MASSIVE amount of damage. Best to play safe till the midgame

Midgame
You have your ultimate now and overdrive A, You have a an item completed or two. Now your getting into your stride, you can now play more confidently during team fights do not focus so much on your enemies health bars rather than your hp of your teammates, do not be afraid to use your skills to peel and protect you teammate. Your B skill into A skill combo is very powerful. Use your ultimate to make plays but make sure to stay with your team!!! IF you see a perfect hook or grabbed their carry from over a wall where the enemy team can't even respond it all won't matter if your team is not there next to you to follow up! Phinns A skill packs a huge punch but overall Phinns damage is incredibly low even when compared to other supports.

Late Game
You are in your prime now. No other support can match you here. You are the play maker! You are the tankiest character in the game make sure everyone knows it. Put yourself in between danger and your teammates and remember that your B skill is now way more than a CC its a HUGE buff to your allies! Use your Forced Accord to grab one even two enemies to put a fight in your favor!
