What do you think of Grace? Is she as OP as Lyra when she first came out or not?

What the heck. She is so fast she is almost as fast as Gwen with her skedadle perk!
It's like she is made to dominate 1v1s and pin enemies down.

Actually you're slightly off on your calcs.

3.0 (base speed) + 1.8 + 0.6 = 5.4 movement speed
if Gwen's was overdrived she would have a movement speed of 5.8.

While Grace is very powerful right now, I've found that using Phinn every match, while everyone is trying to use Grace, is a very effective way to rank up. He provides massive peel, and when partying with poke heroes like Kestrel, and with good positioning, can wreck basically every Grace comp.
