Ok so Lance actually does better in Top Lane with a utility build. I'm going to make a change to the guide and introduce a new build path soon and while I'm at it, I might as well plan a Support Lance section.

Thanks to Spellsword being 50 gold cheaper as of update 3.7, this build has received yet another buff!(barely...)

Ive realised that stormcrown isn't that important of an item for Lance and have removed it from the list of Core Items

Lance is getting buff after buff these past few updates. As of patch 3.6, it looks likes Lance will be a viable top laner, thanks to the extra damage reduction he will receive. I've made a new paragraph to explain how to top lane with him.

Alright this build has been updated for 3.4 and 3.5, i've included Stormcrown in his core items, as it just gives him more utility and unreal lane and jungle clear speed. It'll also be easier to do the classic "roll through the wall and steal dragon" clutch plays.

I do have to say, this build is dope. You do have a slow start due to the fact that, well... obvious reasons. But nevertheless, the burst is awesome. "Time to ditch Tension Bow"
