Effectiveness Top

This build should work really well, especially with the new update of the Warhorn. I've found that you end up doing much more to the enemy, than they could dream of doing to you. With this build, I could 3v1 people, kill 1 or 2 of them, then get out alive. I've won games where allies have gone AFK.
