I do believe that buying Atlas Pauldron can be crucial, especially against a hero such as Krul, where you need to stop his attack speed. Crucible could also help sometimes.

My explanation for no Atlas is that it requires you to be close to the enemy to activate it, and they and the other enemies will probably attack you which will kill you fast, and if the support didn't build it you are probably going to lose anyway since chances are if they didn't get Atlas they didn't get any other support items therefore they are bad therefore you already lost

Same for Crucible, if you have to get it, either your support didn't get it or they got it, but didn't use it well which are both signs of a bad support therefore you already are losing size try are a bad player

Atlas is ok on Celeste beacause if the enemys have Ad Atlas help and its a tank item not offenssiv i think its ok on celeste no the best but ok ;) ( An sry for my English i am not a English boy
