It is confirmed that Frostburn slow does NOT stack with your B ability. So it would be pretty much pointless. I would probably go Shiver steel, but also, I would consider throwing in a Shatterglass instead. Slow the enemy and dish some extra damage at the same time.

First off, as one with such stealth, always build Atlas Pauldron. Second, you can use your Scout Trap/Contraption while trapping enemy in the Fairy Dust and root for extra damage. Thirdly, Frostburn is a redundant item. Shiversteel works better since you do not main damage and slows does not stack. Fourthly, you should not be needing War Treads since your ULT does it for you unless your team mobility is super low. That is all. I also main Flicker, Taka, Celeste. Feel free to contact me here or in game. My IGN is Faey.

I find that Frostburn helps your B root easier. Shiversteel is nice, but relying on a basic attack to slow is a bit much. War Treads is an alternate for a reason, I prefer Chargers. I was only creating a build specifically for this strategy, not a full Flicker Guide. I do thank you for the Scout Trap tip as I didn't know that and I'll be sure to use it in future games

Slows don't stack, you can use shiverste and Fairy Dust simultaneously to slow longer. I usually use nullware gauntlet to silence the enemy roamer. Btw, because of Fairy Dust, weapon build works incredibly well for Flicker. This means building WP will turn him into an assasin with teamwide stealth and a strong support. Note: Flicker 's base stats is relatively high and his base speed is the highest among all heroes.
