The eve is for instant healing :/
I don't know how you play. But you aren't supposed to be in combat long with this build. The eve's heal should negate the amount of damage you took while bursting them, and provide the energy needed for spamming Taka's Skills.

Why the eve of harvest? If you're a burst damager you won't be healing for long.
