Better build a dragonheart (+500 hp) than armor against Tension Bow because it has armor piercing of 15% with 45 wp, plus the 180 wp every 6 sec.
I disagree with your threat meter concerning KRUL which is so easy to counter with Ringo by kiting. Probably the better counter hero. And petal can outrange you, higher threat than that to my humble opinion :)
I will try your build, evne if I prefer building DAMAGE as the carry laner than CLOCKWORK as first item. Chronograph is kind useless now, and anyway you can pretty much use twirling silver all the time already ;) better rush AS first with an energy battery for sustain if you like the cooldown reduction on Ringo CP ! That would be my advice (so your build would go AS FB CRUCIBLE SG BOOTS EVE : i would even suggest a BLAZING SALVO for better speed attack so AC instead of SG or EVE ;)

P.S : remember that AS is best counter to ennemies with health like crucibles. i understand your combo CW AS because you can spam abilities and have the passive of AS tough !

P.S2 : AS is AfterShock. AC is Alternating Current. CW is ClockWork. SG is Shatterglass etc... Thats how ive made all ly peresonnal guides with abreviations :))

Kappa. Tension bow is a good early game item, but late game, it doesnt add to much. Seeing as how this build relies on your abilities as your damage dealers, tension bow is also easily negated by health/armor. Having an always active Twirling Silver will help with escapes, plus it will add a lot of damage from the Crystal that you build.

7.8/10 needs more Tension Bow.
