Cool down reduction is dumb for Krul is you need stacks built up to smite. Attack speed is a must! If your attack speed is insane then maybe take a cool down reduction item but it's better to just spend the money on damage. Poor build.

It won't let me edit the abilities, i put them in way wrong.
Ok first i play krul as a melee tank in the middle of everyone and don't need boots. Who cares about the 10% DMR gets 70%. Crystal power isn't the point of this, it's cooldown reduction and aftershock damage, every 4.4 seconds you can dmr doing reasonable damage and being invulnerable for 2 seconds. And take 15% of opponents health with 50% steal. Then activate a bubble when heath barrier runs out. Dmr again, shield, spectral smite. Then put FFH somewhere in there. This is a multi purpose build that can be in many situations, easiest for beginners where the only worry is popping shields and watching aftershock.
I really think alternating current is a bad choice though. Also i don't want to put my favorite build in here so i put the one i first started playing with.

What are u stupid! The spectral smite is only 10% crystal damage and it won't even make any use! Plus where are the journey, travel or sprint boots!!

I prefer having the large damage and health barrier spammability of DMR over the little damage boost to FHH.
Also i think alternating current can be replaced with aegis.
