I don't think Aftershock is a good item to start with :s
It's much better at mid-late game when enemies got HEALTH for the slice part !
plus I would rather get a SG or BM instead of Clockwork on Ringo.
(cf my Ringo Guide)

something is funny : PETAL and ADAGIO is low threats for you :o whereas they are bigger threat for my CP ringo
