I'd suggest that you get the middle skill maxed instead of the ult. The damage on the ult is pretty pathetic for Adagio weapon builds. It only goes to like 400 on un armored opponents. The middle skill adds 20% damage or something crazy to all your attacks. And it doesn't need to be channeled, like how any enemy that doesnt suck will be stunning adagio out of that ult, or just using a crucible.

Actually, Verse of Judgement is placed at level 5 when it's unlocked at level 6.
Also, personally, I see frostburns utility in this build much less effective without any crystal support thanks to the nerf.

And...Tension Bow is a great early game item but if your main attack force comes with Tornado + Serpent, then I wouldn't recommend Tension Bow.
Tension Bow is good on Ringo, who has abilities that boost his attack speed and regular damage output already, making him a prime candidate to use it as his main attack force early game is presented in his kit.
